Delivery & Return policy

For all made to order items, please allow 15-21 days for the making and sending of your order.

This can differ depending on demand and country you are ordering from.

Worldwide standard shipping (5-15days) - 10€ 

Maison Mortelli ships worldwide. Each item is sent with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email once your order is confirmed. 

Maison Mortelli is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of my control.

If you order products for delivery outside of FRANCE, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that I have no control over these charges and I cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities..

As Maison Mortelli sells on a one of a kind and Made-To-Order business model, I cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item/s does not fit. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.

Make sure to leave your own measurements in the notes for any custom orders when you checkout.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase I do offer alterations at an additional cost, please email maisonmortelli@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided to you.

It will always be the customer’s responsibility to safely post items back to the atelier with a trusted tracked service, this cost is not worked into the price of my items and must be covered by you.

Alteration process can only start once the items are well deceived.
